Decree No. 152 of 1990 promulgating Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Law of the People's Republic of China on Mineral Resources.

This Decree, consisting of 7 Chapters divided in 45 articles, promulgates the State implementation of a permit system for prospecting and mining of National mineral resources. The right of prospecting means the right to prospect mineral resources within the boundary delineated in the prospecting permit which is obtained according to the enforcing Legislation. The Decree is divided as follows: General Provisions (Chap. I); Mineral Resources Prospecting Registration and Mining Consideration and Approval (Chap. II); Mineral Resources Prospecting (Chap. III); Mineral Resources Mining (Chap. IV); Mine Enterprises under Collective Ownership, Private Mine Enterprises and Individual Miners (Chap. V); Legal Responsibility (Chap. VI) and Supplementary Provisions (Chap. VII).
