Decree No. 5 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture Laying down the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Business Licensing.

For the purposes of regulating the business operation of pesticides, and strengthening the administration of pesticide business licensing, these Measures are developed in accordance with the Regulation on Pesticide Administration. The Measures consist of 31 Articles.
To sell pesticides within the territory of China, a pesticide business permit shall be obtained. One pesticide business operator is only issued with one pesticide business permit. The Ministry of Agriculture shall take charge of supervising and guiding the administration of pesticide business licensing nationwide. The Measures further make provisions for application for, review, issuance and supervision and administration of pesticide business licenses.
