Decree No. 2, 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China laying down the Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs to Amend Certain Rules.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has decided to amend some provisions of the five Rules.
1. Amend Article 12 of the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration (Decree No. 3, 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture) to read: "Applicants shall submit relevant materials in accordance with regulations and be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the information provided." 2. Delete the second paragraph of Article 9 of the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Production Licenses (Decree No. 4 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture ). 3. Delete the second paragraph of Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Business Licensing (Decree No. 5 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture). 4. Delete paragraph 2 of Article 6 and paragraph 2 of Article 17 of the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Registration Tests (Decree No. 6 of 2017 of the Ministry of Agriculture). 5. Amend the third paragraph of Article 13 of the Regulations on the Registration of Tractor and Combine Harvester (Decree No. 2 of 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture ) .
