Jiangsu Province Employment Promotion Regulations.

The purpose of these Regulations is to promote more comprehensive and high-quality employment, coordinate economic development with employment expansion, promote common prosperity, and ensure social harmony and stability.
The goverments shall promote the integrated development of the entire agricultural sector chain and attract more jobs, cultivate new types agricultural business entities, promote employment and income increase for farmers, develop rural e-commerce, rural leisure tourism, etc., to expand the employment space for new employment forms; and further develop digital economy industries and create more employment opportunities in the digital economy.
