Measures for Management of Forestry Workstations.

These Measures, consisting of 22 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Forest Law and the Law on the Promotion of Agricultural Technology Extension, aiming to strengthen the construction and management of forestry workstations. The forestry workstations are grassroots forestry working agencies established in townships and villages. They manage and supervise forests and wildlife resources according to law. They organize and guide rural forestry production and operation organizations and individuals to develop forestry production and carry out forestry services. The Measures make provisions for the functions and duties of forestry workstations, the construction and management thereof.
