Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 20 Articles, are enacted to enhance the awareness of fishery crew members to abide by the law, reduce the impact of human factors on fishery production safety, prevent fishery vessels from polluting the water environment.
The accumulative scoring period of fishery crew members is a calendar year, with a full score of 12 points, starting from January 1st to December 31st each year.
