Abstract
These Detailed Rules are formulated to standardize the review of pesticide production license.
The Detailed Rules include 6 Chapters: General provisions; Requirements for application materials; Review process; Review contents; Review conclusion; Supplementary provisions.
The provincial competent agricultural authority shall organize the review of pesticide production licenses. The content of review include plant facilities, production installations and equipment, configuration of safety fire-fighting facilities, "three wastes" treatment facilities, etc.
