Abstract
These Measures aim at regulating the production of pesticides, strengthening the administration of pesticide production, and guaranteeing the quality of pesticide products. The Measures consist of 30 Articles..
These Measures make provisions for the application for and the review, issuance and supervision and administration of pesticide production licenses.
The Ministry of Agriculture shall take charge of supervising and guiding the administration of pesticide production licensing nationwide, and developing the production conditions and requirements and the detailed examination rules. One pesticide production enterprise is only issued with one pesticide production license.
