Abstract
The purpose of these Provisions is to protect geological environment of mines, reduce the destruction on mine geological environment caused by mineral resources exploration and exploitation activities, and protect people's lives and property safety.
The Provisions consist of 37 articles divided into six Chapters dealing with: general matters; planning; Control and restoration; supervision and administration; legal liabilities; and supplementary provisions.
