Abstract
This Regulation is formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 48 of the Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.
Vessels entering and leaving the fishing port must abide by the fishing port management regulations and the international rules for preventing collisions at sea, and report to the fishery administration and fishing port supervision and management authority in accordance with the regulations, and accept safety inspections. Fishing vessels must pass the inspection of the vessel inspection department and obtain the vessel technical certificate before engaging in fishery production.
