Abstract
This Regulation is enacted to improve the living environment in agricultural and pastoral areas and to build beautiful villages that are suitable for living and working.
The Regulation is the first local regulation in Qinghai Province on the managementof living environment in agricultural and pastoral areas. The Regulation consists of 44 articles, divided into seven Chapters: General Provisions; Planning, Construction and Management; Household Waste and Sewage Management; Production Waste and Toilet Management; Village Appearance Improvement; Legal Responsibilities; and Supplementary Provisions.
