Abstract
These Rules are developed for the purposes of strengthening the accreditation on testing facilities for pesticide registration.
The technical review for accreditation on testing facilities for pesticide registration shall include data review and on-site inspection. The specific work of data review shall be undertaken by the institution responsible for pesticide verification under the Ministry of Agriculture, and the on-site inspection shall be uniformly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture. The scope of pesticide registration tests includes product chemistry, efficacy, toxicology, residue and environmental impact.
