Measures for the Administration of the Pesticide Registration Experiment.

For the purposes of guaranteeing the integrity, reliability and authenticity of the data of pesticide registration experiment and strengthening the administration of the pesticide registration experiment, these Measures are developed in accordance with the Regulation on Pesticide Administration.
An applicant for pesticide registration shall conduct the registration experiment under these Measures. An applicant conducting the pesticide registration experiment shall report to the competent agricultural department of the people's government at the provincial level in the place where the experiment is conducted for recordation; and an applicant conducting the registration experiment of a new pesticide shall be subject to the examination and approval of the Ministry of Agriculture. An institution applying for assuming the conduct of the pesticide registration experiment shall meet the conditions as prescribed in Article 5.
