Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law and its implementing Regulations, the Sichuan Province Food Safety Regulations, the Food Production and Business Operation Supervision and Inspection Management Measures, aiming to strengthen the risk grading management of food sales, implement food safety supervision responsibilities, and ensure food safety.
The Measures are divided into five Chapters: General provisions; Risk level classification; Risk level assessment; Result application; and Supplementary provisions. The Measures govern the risk grading management of food sales operators, and can be used as a reference for implementation for the risk grading of business operators of concentrated food trading markets, third-party platform providers of online food trading, business operators providing food storage services, etc.
