Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 18 articles, regulates the financing system for projects related to environmental preservation activities, establishing the areas eligible for funding, the distribution of funds, the linked implementation of the projects, the investment directives and the organization and mode of operation of the Environmental Fund. In addition, it repeals the Regulation of the Environment Fund, approved by Decree-Law No. 3/2012 of 28 February, and the Regime for Financing Projects on Environmental Preservation Activities, approved by Decree-Law No. 40/2013 of 25 October.
