Abstract
This Order regulates the propulsion, identification, registration and import requirements of recreational vessels. In addition it specifies the capacity, as well as the safety and equipment of recreational vessels, crewing and clearance of RE, under the Regime of Activities of Nautical Recreation and Tourism and its economic exploitation, approved by Decree-Law No. 37/2015 of 29 July.
