Abstract
This Law, consisting of 14 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes all the requirements to be satisfied for the harmonisation with the legislation of the EU with the certificate; Directive 75/324/EEC of 20 May 1975 on aerosol, Directive 94/1/EC of 6 January 1994 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to aerosol, classification, environmental standards, maximum capacity, etc. The purpose of this Law is: (a) Ensuring marketing aerosol dispensers which does not jeopardise health and safety of people, environment, including animals, or property of any person, establishing that the aerosol used for the purposes for which they are intended and in the respect of the user. The effective implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008. This Law does not apply to aerosol, whose tanks have total capacity of less than 50 ml or higher than that referred to in paragraphs 3.1, 4.1.1, 4.2.1, 5.1 or 5.2 of Annex I.
