Abstract
This Law, consisting of 23 articles and 14 Annexes, establishes National provisions to implement the existing Cypriot legislation to the laws of the Member States of the EU relating to aerosol dispensers (Council Directive 75/324/EEC and 94/1/EU) and approval the EC type certificate. This Law provides for technical characteristics procedure aimed a the approval and control and other related issues of certain types of aerosol gas bottles for the purpose of the harmonization with the European community's operations certificate, established by Council Directive No. 76/767/EEC of 27 July 1976.
