Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Quality (Annual Emission Ceilings for Certain Atmospheric Pollutants) (Amendment) Regulations of 2012 and shall be read as one with the Air Quality (Annual Emission Ceilings for Certain Atmospheric Pollutants) Regulations of 2004 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Air Quality (Annual Emission Ceilings for Certain Atmospheric Pollutants) Regulations of 2004-2012. Regulation 4 (field of application) to the principal regulations is hereby replaced.
