Abstract
This Decree, issued pursuant to the provisions of article 28 of the Law no. 54 of 1996 on Food (Control and Sale) and incorporating Directive of European Commission 2000/51/EC, amending Directive 95/31/EC on the establishment of specific criteria of purity for sweeteners used in foodstuffs, amends the Regulations on sweetening substances in foodstuffs no. 76 of 2002. The amendment concerns the second schedule attached to the Regulation, by replacing the paragraph regarding the permitted artificial sweetener.
