Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Aquaculture (Amendment) Law of 2010 and shall be read as one with the Aquaculture Laws of 2000-2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Aquaculture Laws of 2000-2010. The present law inserts section (3) to article 5 to the principal law. The new section regards the procedures for the renewal of aquaculture licenses. Also, a new section (2) is added to article 15 to the principal law regarding the fees to be paid in case of a transfer of a license. Minor wording amendments are brought forth to article 23 of the principal law.
