Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Aquaculture (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003 and shall be read as one with the Aquaculture (General) Regulations, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fisheries Regulations of 2002-2003. The present regulations carry forward amendments to certain words of section 11of the principal Regulations. Also, a new section 15 is added regarding fees for aquaculture farms.
