Abstract
The text regulates matters regarding administrative procedures for the aquaculture farm application form, the type of license to be issued and its validity, taxes to be paid. Another issue regulated herewith is the permit of use of the marine area for aquaculture proposes: The permit shall be approved by the cabinet of Ministers and the contract shall be assigned after a public request for tenders.
