Abstract
In exercise of the powers granted by Regulation No. 12, paragraph (2) of the Control of Atmospheric Pollution (Limitation and Control of Atmospheric Pollution caused by Waste from Titanium Dioxide Industry) Regulations of 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of the provisions of Regulation No. 11 (which set forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
