Abstract
This Decree, made by the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, exercising the powers conferred on him by paragraph (b) of article 21 of the Road Transport of Dangerous Goods Laws of 2004 to 2023, concerns the road transport of dangerous goods and provides for issuing authorisation and permission for limiting the use of containers and tanks according to the provisions of the Law.
