Decree no. 93 of 2025 on the Preservation of Stocks of Raw Materials for Animal Feed and Grains for Human Use.

This Decree, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, in compliance with the provisions of article 7(2) of the Conservation of Stocks of Raw Materials for Animal Feed and Grains for Human Use Law of 2021, and after consultation with producers, importers and consumers associations of grain raw materials, concerns: defining the average daily net import and circulation and the average daily production of barley and maize for animal feed and grain and raw materials for human consumption; and the quantities of stock of these cereals to be maintained.
