Abstract
This Decree, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, in pursuance to the article 7(2) of the Conservation of Stocks of Raw Materials for Animal Feed and Grains for Human Use Law of 2021, and after consultation with producers, importers and consumers associations of grain raw materials, provides for: defining the average daily net import and circulation and the average daily production of raw materials, barley and maize for human consumption; and the quantities of stock of these cereals to be maintained.
