Abstract
This Order, made by the Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry under provisions of section 8 of the Energy Efficiency Law of 2009 in its last amended version, provides for implementing provisions of the European Directive (EU) 2023/1791 on energy efficiency, and thus requires owners and operators of data centres in the territory of the Republic with an installed information technology power demand of at least 500kW to publish data concerning the minimum requirements for monitoring and publishing the energy performance of data centres. The attachment includes the minimum information regarding the energy efficiency of data centres to be published, including energy consumption, water use and renewable energy use.
