Abstract
This Order is issued under article 28 of the Food (Control and Sale) Law of 1996-2006. With this Order, Annex III to the principal law shall be amended by adding, at the end of the annex, the sections contained in the Table attached herewith. The Annex lists out a number of EU Regulations to which the national legislation makes reference to in order to apply penalties and sanctions.
