Abstract
This Order is issued by virtue of article 16A, section (5a) of the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996-2010. The Order establishes fees to be applied for the issuance of Certificates of Suitability, Sanitary Inspection certification and appeals applications for various food processing sectors.
