Abstract
These Regulations, made under provisions of article 65 of the Forestry Law of 2012, amend the Cyprus Forest (Licensing, Use of Forest Roads, and Export of Forest Products) Regulations. Amendments concern: uprooting, felling or opening a simple path affecting trees or shrubs on land outside state forests, and related permit, including: copy of land title and cadastral plan and a declaration of the owner of land.
