Regulations No. 133 of 2012 on Forests (Permits, Use of Forest Roads and Export of Forest Products).

These Regulations, made under provisions of article 65 of the Forestry Law of 2012, concern the issuance and management of permits related to forestry activities in Cyprus, including logging, transportation, and extraction of forest products, use of forest roads and export of forest products. Matters covered by these Regulations include: permit for the export of round timber or other forest products from a public forest; transport and use of forest products; permit for establishing, owning, or operating a sawmill or forest exploitation industry; treatment of wandering animals found in a state forests, including: custody duration, caretaker responsibilities, owners' rights; inspection and enforcement measures; fees and payments; offences and penalties.
