Abstract
This Notification, made under provisions of article 17(2) of the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships and Related Matters (Ratification) Act of 2025, provides for requirements for the issuance of an international hazardous materials inventory certificate, in compliance with the provisions of the Convention and of the Regulation (EU) No. 1257/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 November 2013 on ship recycling.
