Abstract
This Law amends the Environmental Impact Assessment of certain projects Law no. 127 of 2018, focusing on a better harmonisation with provisions of the European Directives 2011/92/EU and 2014/52/EU. The amendments provide for: replacement of articles concerning execution of projects, their significant effects on the environment and related decisions of the government and the environmental authority on the environmental impact assessment; providing information to the public about the decision to grant an exemption and the reasons for granting it; transmissions of information and consultations with concerned authorities; procedures for facilitate the submission of an application; access to justice.
