Abstract
This Decree, implementing provisions of Article 10 of the Milk (Conclusion of Contracts for the Delivery of Fresh Milk) Law of 2017, and in order to adapt the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products, to the Law of the Cyprus Republic, concerns the obligations of milk processors. The Decree specifies the following obligations: submitting to the competent authority an application for registration in the register of processors; receiving fresh cow, sheep, goat and sheep milk from first buyers and from other registered processors; keeping records and invoices of milk produced and sold; keeping a register of the daily quantities of raw milk received.
