Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Amendment) Law of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Ratification) Law of 2004 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Law ). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Ozone-Depleting Substances Laws of 2004 and 2007. The present Law, for a better compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 2037/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer, carries forward amendments to articles 4, 5 and 10 and adds a new article (10A).
