Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Packaging and Waste Packaging (Amendment) Law of 2003 and shall be read as one with the Packaging and Waste Packaging Law, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Packaging and Waste Packaging Laws 2002-2003. The present law lays down minor wording amendments to articles 9 (liability of economic stakeholders), 13 (systems of recycling), 26 (power to the Cabinet of Ministers to issue Regulations) and 27 (content of Regulations) of the principal law.
