Abstract
This Decree amend the Production and Marketing of Vegetable Plants and Propagating Material other than Seeds for Sowing Regulations of 2005. Amendments concern: harmonisation of Cypriot Legislation with the Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 of 11 February 2020 amending previous European Legislation on organisms harmful to plants, on seeds and other plant reproductive material; revision of threshold for the presence of bacteria in several plant species and varieties.
