Abstract
With the purpose of implementing certain regulations of the European Community regarding the fishery and aquaculture sector, the Council of Ministers exercising the powers granted under article 16 of the Recognition of producer organizations for fishery and aquaculture products Law of 2002, issues the present Regulations setting forth the conditions for grant of recognition of producer organizations. Any producer organization shall be considered to be pursuing sufficient economic activity within the meaning of paragraph 2, article 3 of Regulation 104/2000/EC if they meet the conditions described in these regulations. The Cypriot Republic shall be considered as one fishing zone.
