Abstract
This Law may be cited as the Recognition of Producer Organizations for Fishery and Aquaculture Products (Amendment) Law of 2004 and shall be read as one with the Recognition of Producer Organizations for Fishery and Aquaculture Products Law of 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Recognition of Producer Organizations for Fishery and Aquaculture Products Law of 2002-2004. The present law carry forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Law. Sections 2, 3, 11, 12, 16, and 18 of the principal Law are hereby amended. Also, a new section (12A) is e added.
