Abstract
These Regulations, implementing provisions of Air Quality Law, and in compliance with European Legislation on the matter, amend the Regulations no. 193 of 2004 concerning Air Quality (Annual Emission Limits for Certain Air Pollutants). Amendments concern: replacement of terms and definitions in order to include the 1979 Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution; preparation and update of national emission inventories; monitoring of air pollutant emissions and submission of related data.
