Abstract
These Regulations, issued in pursuance to article 22 of the Law concerning Plant Protection Products, provide for amend the Regulations no. 362 of 2019 on the Rational Use of Agricultural Chemicals (Amendments), by harmonising Cyprus Legislation with the Commission Directive (EU) 2019/782 amending Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the establishment of harmonised risk indicators. The risk index is based on: quantities of visual substances available on the market in plant protection products; classification of types of substances.
