Abstract
These Regulations, made under article 15 (2) (b) of the Law on Protective Measures against Organisms Harmful to Plants, concern the imposition of fees, paid for: the issuance of phytosanitary certificates, other documents and for physical control of plants, plant products and others items exported; the examination of application for registration; the annual audit of the registered professionals authorised to issue phytosanitary passports.
