Regulatory Administrative Act no. 410/2021. Decree on Risk Management in Agricultural Production and Related Matters (Amendment of the Annex to the Law).

This Decree, made under article 11 (2) of the Law no. 103 of 2019, concerning the Risk Management in Agricultural Production and Related Matters, provides for a replacement of the Annex of the Law. The Decree identifies cultivation areas, provides for revision of annual contribution and for the issuance of a cultivation declaration from the producers with regard to several categories of crops, vegetables and fruits, divided by category of risk management annual contribution, including: potatoes, seasonal plantations, vegetables and annual crops, leaf fruits, vineyards, pomegranate, avocado, mango, olives and citrus. The Decree specifies that the payment of the annual contribution should be completed before any damage occurs, defines the risk management levy for each category and exceptionally reduces the contribution owed by growers of defined communities affected by fire that damaged vegetables and annual crops.
