Abstract
This Ministerial Decree, implementing provisions of section 15(1) of the Veterinary Medicines and Medicated Feeds Law of 2024, provides for appointing all registered veterinarians and registered pharmacists, serving in the Veterinary Services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, as authorised inspectors, for the purposes of inspection and control of the implementation of the Law.
