Abstract
The Order lays down detailed rules for implementing a number of EU Regulations on the common organisation of the wine market, in particular rules relating to quality wine produced in specified regions. The text is divided into the following Parts: (I) wine-growing areas approval; (II - III) requirements for the production of Controlled Appellation of Origin wines; (IV) obligation to keep books and documentation; (V) approval of spaces for wine ageing; (VI) beginning and end of the ageing process; (VII) certification of quality wines.
