Abstract
This Act, which is composed of 28 articles and one Annex, lays down rights and obligations of the persons and competences of administrative authorities in the protection of the ozone layer and climate system against harmful effects of substances that deplete the ozone layer (called controlled substances). In particular, the present Act regulates disposal and recovery of controlled substances (Art. 3), requirements for equipment containing controlled substances (Art. 4), labeling of products and equipment containing controlled substances (Art. 5), labeling of products and equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (Art. 7), certification of activities concerning dealing with controlled substances (Art. 10), reporting on information related to controlled substances (Art. 11), sampling for identification of controlled substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases (Art. 25).
