Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of 15 articles and six Annexes, implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down: (a) model record book of equipment containing regulated substances; (b) requirements for the method of keeping records; (c) minimum requirements for the theoretical and practical test conducted by the evaluation and certification body; (d) the extent of required knowledge to recover, regenerate or dispose of regulated substances; (e) requirements for certificates and method of issuing certificates; (f) reporting templates.
