Decree on the prevention of emissions of substances that deplete the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases.

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of nine articles and four Annexes, implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down the form of keeping records for equipment containing substances that deplete the ozone layer (called controlled substances) (art. 2), reporting procedures for activities concerning controlled substances (art. 3), procedures of handling controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases (art. 4, 5, 6) and the scope of knowledge required for recovery, reclamation or destruction of controlled substances (art. 7).
