Act on trade in endangered species.

The Act lays down provisions concerning the protection of endangered species of wild fauna and flora. It also regulates trade in endangered species. Particular provisions are laid down with respect to importation and exportation of wild fauna and flora, cetacean products, seals, moleskin and moleskin-based products. Further provisions deal with registration of endangered species. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) International trade in endangered species of wild fauna and flora and other provisions concerning the protection of these species; (2) Amendments to the Act on requirements for imports and exports of endangered species of wild fauna and flora; (3) Amendments to the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape; (3) Entry into force.
